Terms of Payment and
Family Style Treatment
The most challenging aspect of private practice is the development of a fee scale that is both equable and meets the spirit of what Master Tung and the Daoist roots of Acupuncture represent to me.
I have ventured into "family style" or "community acupuncture" system of a high volume of patients paying on a slide scale and also the typical fee system seen in most acupuncture practices. Both of these did not fit with how I practice and the services that I want to offer. As a result this is what I believe supports my patients, my family, and the spirit of Master Tung and the roots of acupuncture.
All visits are booked at 1 hour as a minimum. Private treatment rooms with massage tables that will allow adjustment for those clients that need to sit up and access to a full range of services, Master Tung's Acupuncture, Cupping, Moxa pots (only at Radiant Health Center office), CranioSacral Therapy/SER, Kinesio Taping, and limited Chinese herbal tea pills/capsules.
Due to the complexity of some conditions the addition of services to an individuals treatment, cupping, moxa, and Kinesio Taping for example, may lead to treatment times to need to run over the 1 hour. This additional time will not be taken out of the next client's time.
Fees cash, check, Visa or Mastercard.
Insurance: If I will be billing your insurance then all copays and herbs/supplements, and Kinesio Taping are due at time of service.
If we are billing out of network your percentage will be invoiced following payment from your insurance company.

Specialized Combination of Master Tung's and CST:
NEW patient: (also former clients that have not been in for 6 or more months)
$75.00
Master Tung's Acupuncture:
NEW (also former clients that have not been in for 6 or more months):
$65.00
CranioSacral Therapy:
NEW patients (also former clients that have not been in for 6 or more months):
$100.00 (pediatric age birth-12 years of age--$50.00)
NeuroLink:
Special introductory price: $50--that's $25 off the normal $75 fee.
Pre-payment plan:
Returning/established clients can pay a set fee for the course of care following the NEW patient visit. Pre-payment plans are grouped at 5 and 10 visit options.
5 visits: $250.00
10 visits: $450.00
ALL RETURNING/ESTABLISHED CLIENTS:
Scale: $40.00----$65.00
This is set as a scale based on where you the client feel you can pay. I am not a banker and will not be asking for any sort of proof of income. My only suggestion is, please understand acupuncture and CST are both amazing forms of care. They are complete in their approach to a vast number of issues and when combined they can have profound results. It is important to know that while you may feel better on the table and for a time after it may have taken you sometime to develop the condition that has brought you in, it will also take time to clear that condition and re-educate your system to function in a new, sustainable way. So please plan accordingly. We will talk about what your course of care may look like and what sort of time frame your personalized course of care will be.
